OVER THE 8 WEEKS YOU WILL:
- Follow a six week meal plan that is laid out for you with grocery lists, recipes (minimal prep) swap options (because gagging down food you don’t like is not necessary for results and is ridiculous)
- “Go off plan” one meal a week without “derailing” yourself and having to start over on Monday again.
- Learn how to support your metabolism beyond the food you eat. We’ll talk about sleep, stress, hormones, gut health, and inflammation.
- At the end of 6 weeks we will show you what YOUR macros should look like for YOUR body and lifestyle and how to take those and move forward and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
- Accountability and Support from us and our Get Phit community
- If you are local – 8 weeks of GPS Studio Classes
**YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE LOCAL TO PARTICIPATE – WALKING AND WORKOUTS ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
